It's that time of year again, where we start to receive queries about availability of past exam papers. We have hard copies of some older exam papers (up until 2008) but the good stuff is available on Moodle. There are several ways of accessing exam papers on Moodle:
1) On the right hand side of the Moodle home page box, there is a box named "Student/Staff Academic Support". In this box is a link "Search for Exam Papers". Click the link. Hey presto, you're now on the Moodle exam papers home page.
2) You may have a different home page; your Moodle homepage may be your course page. If so and you can't otherwise locate the box mentioned in 1) above, then type 'exam papers' into the search box on the on the top right of the page. You should be returned a list of exam paper categories (of which a little more below)
3) Here's a direct link that you can bookmark http://elearning.dbs.ie/course/index.php?categoryid=50
4) Go to the collections page on the library website. Click the Exam Papers tab. Under the first heading you will see links to the different exam paper categories and a description of what each category contains. This wil hopefully make finding your exam papers easier. For the record, the categories are:
If you don't see the exam papers you''re interested in do check back frequently; new papers are added on a regular basis.
Good luck with your exams!
