Please check with your supervisor/ event organizer whether they have specific instructions in this area. For instance in some cases your school may only require you to print your poster and not present your poster. This rule would apply to students completing a postgraduate business dissertation. Other details to consider are which format are you required to submit the document in and whether the item has to uploaded to Moodle.
