Student Guide

Getting started with the library

There's two ways to access the library's resources:

In order to borrow books, all you need is your student card which is also your library card!
Library staff can set you up with a Library account to borrow books at the desk.
Undergraduate students can borrow 8 items and postgraduate can borrow 15 at a time.
Items can be renewed 8 times, unless they are reserved by another user.

Accessing the Library's electronic resources is done by using your Moodle login and password.

What can I do with my library account?

You can log into your library account here. Your login details are the same as the ones you use to log into Moodle.

Through your account, you are able to:

Once you're logged in, click on the check box next to the item you want to renew and click on Renew all.

If you have any issues, please contact the library.
