DBS eSource is our open access multi-disciplinary institutional repository. It holds the full text of articles, final-year projects, theses, conference papers, book chapters and more of DBS staff and students. All the content in DBS eSource has been produced for use elsewhere.
The aim of DBS eSource is to collect, preserve and the research output of the institution in a single location and to make it freely available on the web for all.
DBS Library use D-Space to host its institutional repository.
Their are two popular routes researchers use to disseminate their findings. One route would be to utilize an institutional repository like DBS eSource. DBS eSource is an example of green open access as students and faculty self archive content in the repository. Another route to sharing your finding is to publish in a gold open access journal. In many cases with gold open access publishing the author would pay a fee to the publisher to make the work open access.
